The Verification Support Coordinator ensures adherence to federal employment eligibility requirements through accurate I-9 documentation and supports onboarding new providers while maintaining compliance documentation.ResponsibilitiesVerify employment eligibility through accurate completion and review of Form I-9 and virtual identity verificationCreate E-Verify cases and upload supporting documentation into the payroll system and digital I-9 binderProvide onboarding support and welcome new EOR/AWC providers by reviewing role expectations and resourcesTrack and complete reverification for expiring identification documentsNotify relevant teams of required terminations due to incomplete I-9s and coordinate eligible rehiresPartner with the Compliance team to support internal audits of I-9 documentationMaintain close collaboration with Operations teams and respond to questions related to onboarding or complianceSkills1–2 years of customer service or administrative experienceFamiliarity with Form I-9, E-Verify, or onboarding/compliance documentationInterest in talent acquisition, HR, or regulatory complianceDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational accuracyClear, professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionCollaborative and flexible in a cross-functional environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file systemsSpanish fluency strongly preferredCompany OverviewOne of the largest, most trusted in-home care companies in the nation.
