Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive tax services in line with U.S. tax regulations and deadlines.
- Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns, ensuring compliance and process control.
- Stay updated on tax legislation changes and advise clients and internal teams.
- Build and manage client relationships with a focus on planning, consulting, and tax risk mitigation.
- Enhance processes with best practices, mentor the tax team, and collaborate with external auditors.
- Calculate quarterly tax payments, handle client and authority inquiries, and manage ad-hoc tax requests.

Requirements
- 5+ years of tax experience with investment partnerships (hedge funds, private equity, VC, real estate).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax law and advanced Excel skills.
- CPA
