Vendor Sourcing Specialist: Landscaping & Snow Removal

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Vendor Sourcing Specialist with direct experience sourcing landscaping and snow removal subcontractors. This is a high-volume, phone-heavy sourcing role focused on outreach, onboarding, and system execution. You must already understand how landscaping and snow vendors operate, including pricing conversations, seasonal capacity constraints, and urgent coverage needs. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, qualifying, and onboarding subcontracted field service vendors to ensure full coverage for client locations.Skills & Qualifications - Required • Direct vendor sourcing experience in landscaping and/or snow removal • Experience sourcing subcontracted field service vendors • High-volume outbound calling experience (vendor outreach, dispatching, staffing, recruiting, or similar) • Proficiency in bolthires Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Strong Excel skills, including managing spreadsheets, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records • Comfortable discussing pricing, availability, and service scope with vendors • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple vendors and regions simultaneously • Comfortable working under tight seasonal timelines and shifting priorities Please Note:This role requires direct vendor sourcing experience in landscaping and/or snow removal.Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.
