VA for an E commerce project manager, ideally with QA skills - Contract to Hire
The Role: We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to support our Shopify Project Manager. We need someone with a sharp eye for detail whether you are testing a website feature or formatting a client presentation. What You’ll Do: 1. Technical QA & Shopify Support Validate Work: Test website updates on Mobile and Desktop. If a button doesn’t work or the spacing is off, you flag it. Manage Tickets: Keep our project board (Jira/Asana) updated and clear for developers. Shopify Admin: handle basic product updates and app settings. 2. Admin & Formatting (The "Polish") Presentations: Update and format slides so they look professional and consistent. Data Management: Organize spreadsheets, fix formatting issues, and ensure formulas are correct. Documentation: Turn rough notes into clean, easy-to-read documents or SOPs.
