United Health Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our new product team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about designing user-centric experiences that resonate across our corporate landscape. Your contributions will be essential in crafting intuitive and seamless digital solutions for our internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces and experiences that meet the unique needs of Corporate Services.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
Maintain design consistency and advocate for the user across all touchpoints within our products.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs and that user experience standards are met.
Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications or internal business tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development setting.
A passion for solving complex problems and making data-driven design decisions.
