I am seeking a USPTO-registered patent agent or patent attorney to review, refine, and file a U.S. provisional patent application that I have already drafted. The invention relates to a stand-alone consumer hardware communication device with on-device control logic and no dependency on manufacturer-operated backend services for core functionality. This engagement is not for first-pass drafting. I am specifically looking for a professional to: Verify enablement and completeness Improve patent-safe language where needed Add or adjust embodiments / variations as appropriate Ensure the provisional adequately supports a future utility filing File the provisional with the USPTO This is a focused provisional filing only. No utility patent work is requested at this stage.
