Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a UX Researcher V to join their dynamic team. As a UX Researcher V, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Must have: Prior experience working with AI Tech & Wearables, expertise in Qualatative & Quantatative research, and large enterprise experience. Job Title: UX Researcher V Location: Remote Pay Range: 80-90/hr What's the Job? • Partner directly with a dedicated, tightly integrated team to conceive, build, and launch innovative products. • Conduct formative research to identify latent needs and problems to address with product solutions. • Lead iterative design research to refine early product ideas into testable prototypes. • Perform evaluative research to improve and prepare products for market readiness. • Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to develop and execute research strategies that inform product development and strategy. What's Needed? • BA/BS in human behavior-related fields such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics. • Extensive experience with data analysis and utilizing quantitative insights to support hypotheses. • Strong storytelling skills to communicate research findings effectively to diverse audiences. • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and make autonomous decisions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
