Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Security, leads the development and execution of comprehensive security and crisis management strategies to protect company assets, operations, and personnel. This role oversees risk assessments, coordinates cross-functional response teams during crisis events, and drives continuous improvement through post-event analysis. The position requires collaboration with internal and external partners to implement effective mitigation measures and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. About the team: The Security Management team focuses on identifying and mitigating risks through thorough policy management and collaboration with business partners. They lead crisis and emergency response efforts by coordinating resources and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The team conducts detailed risk assessments to protect company assets and operations, supporting continuous improvement of security programs. Emphasizing accountability and professionalism, they leverage data-driven insights and strategic partnerships to ensure organizational preparedness and resilience. What you'll do... • Lead crisis management efforts by coordinating responders and resources to resolve events efficiently and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Conduct data-driven security risk assessments to evaluate vulnerabilities and impacts on business operations and assets. • Develop and implement strategic disaster response, recovery, and mitigation plans aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. • Oversee multiple security risk projects, influencing global security strategies and ensuring program objectives are met. • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance. • Mentor and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
