US Research Analyst Intern

We work across multiple industries including IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Legal, and Healthcare.As a Research Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our talent acquisition and market intelligence teams to analyze trends, map job markets, and generate key data insights across both IT and Non-IT sectors for the US region. You will get hands-on experience working on real-time projects, industry research, and support in decision-making for client strategies.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and execution of experiments related to quantum engineering and animal physiology.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various research activities.
• Collaborate with team members on research projects, contributing ideas and insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal review.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, methodologies, and results.
• Support laboratory maintenance, including equipment calibration and inventory management.
• Stay updated on relevant scientific literature to inform ongoing research efforts.

Skills
• Conduct market research and industry mapping across various sectors (e.g., IT and Non IT Sectors etc.)
• Analyze job trends, skill demands, and competitor analysis in the US market
• Assist in building talent pipelines and identifying potential client/candidate pools
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights based on collected data
• Collaborate with recruitment and business development teams
• Support research for project proposals, business strategies, and hiring trends
• Track certifications, tools, and technologies relevant to industry shifts

Ideal Candidate:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Business, Management, HR, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking
• Strong interest in understanding global job markets, recruitment trends, and industry research
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or research tools is a plus
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and deliver detailed insights
