Their approach combines industry expertise with a personalized touch to ensure effective and efficient placements.About the RoleThe person in this position will be responsible for collecting, calculating, and entering time for individual branches.What You’ll Do:Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.Proficiency in data entry.Checking and auditing records for United States labor compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records.Research and email appropriate audience of file and hour issues.Enters time into Bullhorn Time and Expense system.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers, company, and employee sensitive information.Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel,Basic accounting and math skills.Other duties are to support Payroll, Accounting and HR functions as required.RequirementsWhat You Bring:Has at least 3 years of experience in US payroll processing and accountingProficiency in data entry and payroll systemsHas experience with Bullhorn Time and ExpenseStrong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance standardsStrong communication skills with great active listening skills.Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business AdministrationSelf-reliant and ability to take direction.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.Hiring ProcessWe utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
