Act as the primary liaison between trial attorneys, experts, and client staff.
Prepare witnesses for trial testimonies with precision and professionalism.
Manage courtroom presentations and utilize courtroom technology effectively.
Perform quality control analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in eDiscovery processes and manage multiple litigation tasks.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Proven leadership on litigation support teams, particularly for trial preparation.
Significant courtroom experience, including managing presentations and leveraging courtroom technology.
Comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and associated billing systems.
Coursework or experience in law and healthcare is highly preferred.
Proficiency in eDiscovery tools, legal research platforms (e.g., LEXIS, Westlaw), and document management systems.
Strong organizational skills to thrive in deadline-driven and fast-paced environments.
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, client-focused attitude.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 23 years in litigation support, with progressively responsible roles.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and eDiscovery practices.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging tools.
Certifications: Familiarity with ESI tools and demonstrated knowledge of eDiscovery procedures are highly desirable.
