You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your mission is to ensure we hire individuals who contribute to our companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for non-technical positions.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Experience recruiting for roles in industries such as Engineering, Accounting, marketing, finance, sales, or customer service.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a non-technical field.
Strong understanding of various non-technical roles and industries.
Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with company culture.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
