This team is responsible for American Express’ suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including Their premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, innovative banking services and products, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, their Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs. The team’s strategy is to build a strong premium Card business differentiated by Membership, which is brought to life by connecting their Card Members to what they love.

What type of work can you expect to do in Marketing at American Express?
• Analyze data and realize growth opportunities; to help businesses improve performance and drive growth.
• Be responsible for understanding how their business functions and how it might best be served using new and emerging digital products and services.
• Build and supervise performance indicators to better understand customer behaviour.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses to determine the feasibility of new opportunities.
• Develop relationships with a variety of internal and external partners.
• Share and leverage best practices and provide consultancy to the team.
• Manage end-to-end marketing or customer-focused initiatives; develop and implement tests to measure efficiency.
• Find innovative ways to improve the customer experience.

The role offers compensation ranging from $38.45 to $87.00, along with a sign-on bonus, resulting in an annual salary potential of $81,000 to $183,000.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Students must have a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
