Responsibilities:
Guiding members in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
Supporting and developing Fitness Goals that work within the Club Culture
Assisting members in reaching individual goals
Conducting individual assessments and following up on Fitness/Wellness goals
Modifying exercises according to members' fitness levels.
Experience in aquatic exercise, cycle, Zumba, kick-boxing, circuit training, dance yoga and Pilates.
Ability to add variety to classes and adjust as needed to encourage and motivate Wellness goals
Available for special corporate events / private sessions
Availability to cover Fitness Center Desk as needed
Focus on Member/Guest satisfaction
Provide outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications:
Computer literate
Professional appearance
CPR Certification required
NASM, AFAA, ACE, ISSA, NFPT, ACSM Certification Preferred
