Job Overview As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our website visitors, providing timely and professional support to answer their questions, address their concerns, and connect them with our practice-based professionals. Your primary objective will be to schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This is a computer-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients, responding to their inquiries, and providing relevant information in accordance with approved scripts Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, ensuring timely and accurate responses to 100% of live chats Follow our lead journey process, collaborating with Leadership as needed to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals Focus on both quantity and quality, having meaningful conversations with prospective patients, answering their questions, and providing accurate information Assist with practice location efforts for other locations as needed, providing support and ensuring a cohesive customer experience Qualify leads, providing accurate information, including starting prices or other approved information, and assisting in sales-related administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with the team to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations, and participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce Typing speed of 60+ words per minute Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service, including quick, accurate, and timely responses Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with the ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between) Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (a huge plus if available on both weekend days!)
