We're looking for a RIA annuity associate to join our ranks. Your primary focus will be providing consultative support to our fee-only advisors. You'll assist them with annuity-related issues, answer account inquiries, perform account maintenance procedures, and solve technical issues. As your role progresses, this will expand to our entire advisor field.

Key Accountabilities


Assisting advisors on a broad range of operational annuity topics and serving as a go-to contact for fee-only offices
Working closely with the RIA Services team as more advisors transition to the fee-only model
Maintaining an open line of communication with insurance company partners to access policy-specific information
Ensuring that all fee-based annuity content on our internal website is accurate and up to date
Supporting our financial advisors on product-related questions and assisting teammates with product recommendations as necessary
Supporting our internal departments on annuity-related inquiries and issues
Core Strengths and Skills


An understanding of advisor needs and organizational goals as well as market events, especially as they relate to the annuity industry
Forward thinker when it comes to problem-solving, with an eye for process improvements
Willingness to acquire FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities registration and state insurance license
Experience in a service-oriented environment or the financial service industry preferred
Bachelor's degree a plus
