Associate Analyst – Centralized Private Equity Team, Baltimore or San Francisco

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our investment professionals in managing private equity portfolios, conducting research and analysis, and contributing to investment decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team at a leading global investment management firm. Conduct thorough research and analysis on private equity investments to support the decision-making process of investment professionals. Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights on potential investment opportunities. Utilize strong attention to detail to accurately and efficiently review financial statements, evaluate company performance, and assess risks. Assist in the preparation of investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management. Monitor and track performance of existing private equity investments and provide regular updates to the team. Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes related to private equity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investment activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in due diligence meetings, investment committee discussions, and other team meetings as needed. Collaborate with other departments such as legal, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions.
