As the Lead Analyst, this role focus on providing short-term support to any of the 50+ GQO Manufacturing locations. Together with the GQO Manufacturing VP of Finance, locations are identified for additional support. The Lead analyst will be expected to be immersed in these locations to quickly identify where we can stabilize financial processes and business partnerships. The scope of work is dynamic and will change for the needs of each site.

What you will do:
Assist in areas of need within a manufacturing site's finance team.
Assist in leading the sites projection and budgeting processes
Heavy focus on streamlining daily/monthly processes
Enhance and develop manufacturing reporting of analytics that enable site leadership to better drive business decisions
Assist in the annual Standard Cost Setting Process
Presentation of key financial information to GQO Finance leadership
All other duties as assigned
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline
4+ years relevant experience.
Advanced excel skills
Strong Presentation skills
Self-starter mentality; ability to work autonomously
$73,100 - $152,400? salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
