Responsibilities:
Teaching and explaining concepts in math, reading, science, and social studies in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner.
Assisting students with homework assignments, projects, and test preparation in the respective subjects.
Monitoring student progress and performance to track improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Maintaining open and effective communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tutor or teacher in math, reading, science, and social studies for junior high students.
Strong command of the respective subjects and the ability to convey concepts in an accessible manner.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Availability to conduct in-home tutoring sessions in Richmond, TX 77406
