You’ll get to evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions prepare industry analyses for pitches participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials get involved in the execution of live deals Your team You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Dubai. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. Your expertise We’re looking for a candidate who is graduating between 2024 and June 2026 has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree has familiarity with the MENA region through personal or professional exposure has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
