 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and reservation software.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
 Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
