Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead consultative, values-based conversations with individuals exploring growth and career transition
ā¢ Assess alignment and connect qualified individuals with established personal and leadership development programs
ā¢ Build and manage your own consulting pipeline using proven digital systems (training provided)
ā¢ Operate independently while engaging in ongoing skill and leadership development
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years professional experience (leadership, consulting, business development, education or related fields)
ā¢ Comfortable with responsibility and performance-based outcomes
ā¢ Strong communicator who enjoys purposeful conversations
ā¢ Self-directed and ready to build an independent, performance-based consulting practice
ā¢ Personally invested in growth and long-term development
