Job Overview The Digital Media Operations Leader will be responsible for leading a team of client service managers in supporting assigned sales representatives and related clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. This role will focus on delivering effective media plans that maximize revenue, managing team responsibilities, and contributing to the development of operational processes that drive quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of digital media client service managers in supporting sales representatives and clients across all stages of the campaign lifecycle Deliver effective media plans that maximize revenue and drive functional productivity Manage team responsibilities, including campaign setup, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing Contribute to the development of operational processes that drive quality and efficiency, including stock gauging, media plan creation, order entry, and troubleshooting Collaborate with regional teams and act as a local center of excellence for different offices across EMEA Stay up-to-date with blithequark's advertising technology stack and system, and follow industry developments Requirements and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech. The candidate should have team management experience, be proficient in defining and advancing processes, and have a deep understanding of digital media, including video, automatic, and CTV advertising. Essential Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of the digital media scene, with explicit expertise in video, automatic, and CTV advertising Group management experience and a history of campaign planning and execution for a wide variety of clients Ability to balance 'in-the-weeds' tasks with a higher level of strategic thinking Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to surpass client expectations and constantly push for innovation and efficiency Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak on behalf of the team inside and externally IT savvy across core business applications and remote working tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom) Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
