Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and market trends
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track account activity and sales progress
• Conduct warm calling to generate leads and expand the client base
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Experience
• Proven experience in technology sales, account management, or business development
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of technical sales processes
