Who we’re looking for:
• Marketing professionals ready to take on the challenge of converting leads into sales and building genuine connections.
• Visionary marketers who are comfortable with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement and sales.
• Apple, iPhone, Mac users preferred, with experience in Google Meets and Google Drive.
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace to post Tiny Homes and connect with buyers and sellers.
• Resilient, proactive communicators who can adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your role:
• Facilitate virtual tours on FaceTime or Google Meets.
• Edit, create, and organize Tiny Home photo and video content.
• Market and advertise Tiny Homes across multiple social platforms.
• Communicate consistently with leads via email, text, and calls.
• Keep a “whatever-it-takes” mindset to ensure we sell your first Tiny Home within 30 days!

Compensation: After you sell your first Tiny Home your pay will be $20 an hour + $500 bonus.
• Starting pay is $1,200 paid when you sell your first Tiny Home.
• After your first Tiny Home is sold your pay will be $20 Hourly + $500 Bonus.
• Bonus is increased after 6 consecutive Tiny Home sales by an additional $500.
• We don't work on Mondays and 100% remote work!
• We provide you with great leads - zero cold calling.
• We provide Tiny Home accounts to begin marketing.
• We will work together to sell a Tiny Home within your first month.
• We work Tuesday-Sunday estimated 20-40 hours of work per week.

Key Details
• Apple, iPhone, Mac users are preferred.
• Experience with Google Meets and Google Drive preferred.
• People comfortable using Facebook Marketplace are preferred.
• We provide training, tools and technology to help you succeed.
