 Soleo Health is seeking a Remote, Pharmacy Technician (Therapy Care Specialist)
 Support our patients on the East Coast
 Simplifying Complex Care
 Must be able to work in EST Time Zone
 Work with SoleoRx TCMC model and utilize national and local resources to facilitate high-quality care of a patient with specialty pharmacy needs.
 Work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to oversee logistics of a patientÂs dispense and prescription maintenance, assessment data capture, and serves as the point person to coordinate patient care across all layers of the patient care continuum while on service with Soleo Health.
 Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and as liaison with Soleo branch personnel to coordinate timely medication dispense and delivery.
 Documentation of all patient interaction and care coordination in the designated system of record for clear and consistent communication.
Requirements:
 Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
 Prior customer service/patient services experience
 Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy preferred
 Basic to intermediate efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
 Intermediate proficiency in typing preferred
 Highly ethical and moral standards
 Adherence to Compliance standards and policies
 Adherence to Employee/Human Resources Manual and Company policies/procedures
 Sensitivity with confidential information (both business and patient information)
 Positive and professional attitude
 Strong ability to work collaboratively with others in a team atmosphere
