What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Assist team members with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
 Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
 Organize and maintain team documentation, files, and records
 Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
 Handle incoming correspondence and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
 Previous experience in an administrative or team support role
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 Experience with project coordination or event planning
 Familiarity with data entry and reporting processes
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
