Position Overview:
Due to an abundance of new customer names generated from our marketing efforts, we are in a significant growth mode. We are seeking experienced part-time sales representatives to join our tele sales team. This role involves making outbound follow-up sales calls to existing buyers and handling inbound sales calls from new customers. Prior coin knowledge is not required, but we value great storytelling skills, a charismatic personality, a trainable nature, a drive to succeed, and the capability to overcome objections.
Salary & Incentives:
 Up to $30/hr. with (base + commission, bonuses and incentives.)
We Offer
· 15-30 hours per week.
· Flexible Schedule - Preferred hours are afternoon and evening shifts (4pm-9pm CST), but open to day
· Work-from-home opportunity.
· No cold callingÂworking with warm leads and loyal repeat customers.

Job Duties:
Present customers with rare and unique collectible coins, which includes obtaining coins for specific customers, and negotiating payment terms to encourage long-term, repeat future sales as well as attaining sales goals including revenue, new account creation, dials, and talk time.
Qualifications:
· Minimum high school diploma required
· 1 year of sales experience required (preferably in an outbound environment)
· Proficiency in sales presentation and closing strategies.
· Strong emphasis on ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability in confident and determined sales approaches.
· Resilience and capability to manage rejection.
· Persistence and perseverance are essential.
· Maintain a professional and helpful attitude.
