Join Southwest Airlines as a Spring 2025 Sales Analytics Intern, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our team through hands-on projects and initiatives. This 12-week internship will run from January 28th to April 17th, 2025, and will be conducted fully remotely, allowing you to connect with your team and other workgroups virtually. There may also be opportunities to travel to our Corporate Campus in Dallas, Texas, for additional engagement and learning experiences. As an intern, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that contribute to the success of the Sales Operations Team. This team is dedicated to enhancing sales enablement initiatives by focusing on people, processes, and tools. You will support the sales team with analytics, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting. Your role will also involve creating and distributing communications and promotional solutions for the Southwest Business Team and our customers. Additionally, you will provide customer support by managing inquiries and collaborating with various internal departments to develop technical solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to dedicate a minimum of 24 hours each week to your internship responsibilities, with the potential to work up to 40 hours. You will receive an hourly pay of $25, along with a one-time stipend of $1,000, which will be paid in two installments. Interns will also enjoy free, unlimited travel privileges for personal use (taxes and fees may apply for international travel) and will be provided with any necessary equipment, such as a laptop, for the duration of the internship. Requirements
? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.

? Must be at least 18 years of age.

? Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process.

? Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

? Progress towards a degree, major, or minor in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or Aviation related field.

? Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred.

? Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and during the internship.

? Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application.
