Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives, while continually enhancing the user experience.
• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives and user requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer demands, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Partner closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and stakeholders to formulate and prioritize product roadmaps.
• Draft clear, concise product requirements and user stories, ensuring effective communication across all teams.
• Manage the product development lifecycle to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement product launch strategies in conjunction with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collect and integrate feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously enhance features and functionality.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in a related role with a focus on digital product development.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
