EQUIPMENT NOT PROVIDED - MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP/COMPUTER & HEADSET!
Job Details:
 Will handle inbound and outbound calls anywhere from 100-300 phone calls daily on an autodialer
 Handle inbound, outbound, and email communication.
 The rep will contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate.
Qualifications
 Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience
 High school diploma or GED required
 Equipment NOT provided - Must have own equipment  laptop/computer and USB connected headset (Windows 10/11 only)
Other Details:
 Schedule: 6pm-11pm EST Monday-Thursday & Saturday 12pm-6pm EST (30 unpaid lunch) = 26 hours without OT
 Start Dates: 2/8, 2/15, & 2/22
 Contract position through May (potential for extension)
