Key Responsibilities

 Candidate Attraction & Retention: Identify and engage top talent while ensuring their ongoing satisfaction throughout their assignments.
 Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term success.
 Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, effectively meeting the needs of clients and candidates.
Goals & Expectations
 Year 1 Goal: Successfully place 12 healthcare professionals in assignments.
 Year 2 Goal: Expand placements to 20 healthcare professionals on assignment.
