Your proficiency in QuickBooks will play a central role in supporting the financial stability of our clients and driving our collective success. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and update financial records utilizing QuickBooks software, guaranteeing accuracy and thoroughness. • Process various financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities. • Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card statements, and additional financial documents. • Generate and maintain critical financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. • Execute daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization. • Collaborate with fellow team members to address discrepancies or challenges within financial records. • Remain informed on industry developments and advancements in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
