• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Availability to work various shifts

Responsibilities
• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
• Provide support for any requested policy changes.
• Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary.

Qualifications
• Must be located in South Carolina
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED required
• Call Center experience preferred (6 months)
