Job Summary We're looking for a part-time Inbound Contact Representative to work from home in a virtual call-center environment. As a key member of our team, you will take inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. This is a 20-hour per week role, with shifts on Monday (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern) and Saturday (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM Eastern). Key Responsibilities Work from home in a virtual call-center environment, taking inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members. Multitask in a fast-paced environment, navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls. Provide a positive experience for our members through active listening skills and effective communication. Self-manage with minimal supervision, maintaining high-quality standards within established policies, practices, and guidelines. Handle 20 to 40 calls per day on average, resolving complex questions and issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, FL, OH, TX, AZ, TN, OK, NC, or VA. Must be available to work 20 hours per week (2 x 10-hour days). Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Preferred Qualifications Previous call center experience. Healthcare or pharmacy knowledge. 1 year of customer service experience.
