Job Summary:

Require Professionals with 10 years+ of Functional/Testing Experience majorly in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing)skill

Good functional Knowledge of CC&B.

Specially in the modules of -

Billing

Rates

Budget & Payment Plans

Payments

Adjustments

Financial Transactions

Device Management

Meter reads

Field Works

Credit and Collections.

Knowledge of testing is mandatory.

Automation testing knowledge is added advantage.

Hands on testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer care and billing)

Experience in Utilities industry to understand Energy, Gas and Services domain

Strong expertise and good knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application inclusive of 3rd party app integration

Experience in CC&B upgrades is preferable

Experience in configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system is preferable.

Strong knowledge on STLC processes Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting

Good communication and customer interaction skills
