 Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.
 Assist clients in navigating our website and finding relevant real estate information and resources.
 Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the live chat system.
 Coordinate with real estate agents and other departments to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive support.
 Stay updated on company listings, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
 Provide feedback on common client inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
 Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics set by management.
 High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
 Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone.
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
 Proficient in using live chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
 Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
