Working as a domiciliary care assistant in Central London on a guaranteed hours contract, you’ll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support. About the role:

You will be visiting clients in their own homes in Central London, working as a domiciliary carer with a minimum call time of 1 hour.

You will assist with:
• Supporting clients with their personal care
• Supporting with continence management
• Administering medication
• Light housework
• Preparing healthy meals
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
• Supporting clients to pursue their interests and hobbies
• Offering specialised care for people living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, strokes and other conditions, as well as end of life care

We’re looking for:
• A minimum of 6 months’ professional care experience
• Household management skills e.g. cleaning, hoovering and keeping a home tidy
• Ability to work effectively within time allocated
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• IT skills – able to use a computer / laptop and online systems
