Assist with data management tasks, including importing and exporting information across various systems.
Respond to queries from healthcare professionals regarding data discrepancies or clarifications.
Support the team in organizing and storing healthcare records as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (AssociateÂs degree preferred).
Experience in data entry, particularly in a healthcare setting, is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and insurance processes (preferred).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Training:
