Responsibilities
• Engage in sales activities to achieve company targets
• Provide multilingual support to customers
• Administer benefits effectively
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations for data privacy
• Analyze market trends and customer needs

Qualifications
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus
• Familiarity with benefits administration practices is advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable
• Analytical mindset for market research and trend analysis

Job Type: Full-time
