About the Role: HR People Partner We're seeking a talented and experienced HR People Partner to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR People Partner, you will play a vital role in driving HR processes, providing consultation to project teams and managers, and fostering a positive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Supervise HR Processes: Oversee and implement HR processes, including adaptation, evaluation, motivation, retention, and more, to ensure a seamless employee experience. HR Consultation: Provide expert HR consultation to project teams and managers, addressing their queries and concerns, and offering guidance on HR-related matters. One-on-One Meetings and Performance Reviews: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and exit interviews to ensure effective communication and identify areas for improvement. Effective Communication: Facilitate communication between divisions and employees, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with company goals and objectives. Meeting Follow-Ups and Documentation: Create follow-ups on meeting results, work with JIRA and Confluence, and maintain accurate records of HR-related activities. Relocation Support: Collaborate with the Relocation Manager to support the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in an HRM/HR Generalist/People Partner role within an IT company. HR Process Knowledge: Understanding of HR process organization principles, including adaptation, motivation, evaluation, retention, and more. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiating and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Emotional Intelligence and Maturity: High level of emotional intelligence and personal maturity, with a genuine interest in people and a friendly demeanor. Language Skills: Pre-intermediate English or better. Technical Skills: Ability to write competent follow-ups on meeting results and work with JIRA and Confluence.
