IT Project Manager (Open to Remote)
About the position Responsibilities • Running projects from the initial stages through to delivery. • Working alongside software development teams. • Ensuring all projects are resourced, planned, and controlled correctly. • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to challenge scope and ensure deliverable solutions. • Providing support and direction to technical leads and project team members. • Managing multiple medium to large software projects through the full life cycle. • Communicating effectively to ensure messages are understood clearly. • Planning and balancing priorities while working towards deadlines. Requirements • Experience in project management with a focus on software development. • PMP certification or equivalent qualifications in project management. • Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies. • Experience working with APIs and understanding technical documentation. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Nice-to-haves • Experience within a large IT function specializing in complex project delivery. • Knowledge of various testing approaches (functional and non-functional). • Experience with testing tools and managing testing teams.
