– Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flights, services, and policies.

– Assist customers with booking and modifying flight reservations.

– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to travel disruptions or changes.

– Communicate effectively with team members to provide seamless customer support.

– Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
