Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements by investigating and communicating requirements to stakeholders. You will work closely with the HR Compliance team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and data accuracy. As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data entry, database management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain relationships with external agencies, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience in data entry, compliance, or a related field. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large sets of data and create meaningful reports. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications and the TSA Clearinghouse database. You should also have advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Vlookup, as well as experience with Access database management. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of critical thinking and analysis.
