 Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and practices.
 Monitor data collection trends and metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency.
 High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
 Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a data management role.
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
 Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data accurately.
 Effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
