Fathom Realty's Bachman Group is seeking motivated realtors to join their dynamic team. As one of the largest Zillow files teams in the country, the Bachman Group offers two distinct options for agents: joining as a regular team member or as a "Partner" agent. Partner agents maintain their individual status while benefiting from Zillow Flex leads, receiving between 6 to 15 leads per month. The placement in either option is determined through an interview with a representative from the Bachman Group. Fathom Realty prides itself on providing a supportive environment that empowers agents to reach their full potential. The company emphasizes the importance of earning a fair income without the burden of high commission splits. Agents can choose between two commission plans: the "Max" Plan, which offers 100% commission with a small transaction fee, and the "Share" Plan, which provides a starting Revenue Share of 35%. There are no monthly, franchise, or technology fees, allowing agents to maximize their earnings. In addition to competitive compensation, Fathom Realty offers a comprehensive mentorship program for new agents, providing one-on-one guidance to help them succeed.
