We're seeking a dynamic Central Regional Sales Manager to lead and optimize residential dealer-based sales operations in the central U.S., covering Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

As a key member of our team, you will manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), both direct and independent, and help drive growth by fostering strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and builders. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market-leading company with a differentiated product line.

Location: Must live near a major airport within the Central region territory such as Chicago or Dallas.

Highlights of the role:
• Sales Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), including both direct and independent representatives.
• Provide coaching to enhance sales skills and drive results.
• Territory Planning & Execution:
• Work with TSMs to create and implement sales plans for the region.
• Align sales strategies with growth goals for existing dealers and target end users.
• Develop solutions and activities to address dealers' needs and challenges.
• Market Analysis & Insights:
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage data to drive demand and increase market share.
• Demand Generation:
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, architects, and interior designers to drive demand for TruStile Doors.
• Plan and execute targeted events to promote products and strengthen relationships.
• Product Training & Expertise:
• Deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders about TruStile's product offerings.
• Become a subject matter expert on our products and share that knowledge with the sales team and customers.
• Customer Issue Resolution:
• Serve as a key contact for resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Account Management to support sales growth.
• Provide valuable insights to improve products and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: At least 5 years in sales management, ideally within the building materials, construction, or other dealer-based industry.
• Proven success in leading a team of Territory Sales Managers and growing sales through a dealer channel.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of dealer-based sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Experience in presenting and conducting training sessions for large groups.
• Familiarity with lead management software.
• Must be centrally located within the sales territory and located near a major airport such as Chicago or Dallas for easy travel access.
