About the Role:

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide remote therapy services for K-12 students in Tacoma, Washington. As part of our teletherapy team, you will help students improve mobility, coordination, and motor skills, delivering tailored virtual therapy sessions that promote independence and success in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote physical therapy sessions focused on motor skills, strength, balance, and functional mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for necessary accommodations and services.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with Washington’s special education guidelines.

What You Need:
• A valid Washington Physical Therapist license.
• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• At least two years of experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience preferred).
• Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet home workspace.
