Develop and implement strategies to optimize pricing, availability, and booking conversions.
Use tools such as Airbnb Insights, pricing software, and market research to stay competitive in the market.
Listing Quality Management:
Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
Create compelling property descriptions, optimize titles, and enhance photo arrangements to attract guests.
Monitor guest reviews and address any feedback by adjusting listing content or processes.
Market Research:
Stay informed about local market trends, seasonal demands, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for expansion or improvement based on market insights.
Revenue Management:
Work with the revenue management team for strategy and implementation.
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast revenue and set performance goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Proficient in using office software applications; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
