Remote Lead Finance Manager, Marketing

This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between brand aspirations and financial management, offering insights that drive marketing efficiency. The manager will oversee a significant budget ($100m) and partner with both Marketing and Finance teams to make informed investment decisions. By ensuring that marketing strategies align with financial goals, this position empowers innovative campaigns and brand growth. • Develop and own financial forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Provide variance analysis and clear insights to senior management.
• Drive cost efficiency through optimizing spend across channels.
• Review agency contracts, media plans, and marketing invoices.
• Establish tracking mechanisms to analyze effectiveness of media and brand campaigns.
• Partner with marketing teams for financial modeling of key brand launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on assumptions.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or marketing finance.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Proficient in relevant software including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate marketing performance into financial insights.
• Proven experience collaborating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills for influencing non-financial stakeholders.
